If you ever manifested living in the land of couture, let’s just say, now you can. Lebanese fashion and lifestyle maison, Elie Saab, has partnered with M3M India and Smartworld Developers to develop Signature Residences in Gurugram and Noida.

The collaboration will have 300 high-end apartments in Gurugram and around 680 units in Noida. The two developments, though distinct, share a common philosophy. At both locations, architecture, interiors, and lifestyle converge to create a contemporary expression of elevated living.

In Gurugram, the project is set within The Billionaire’s Block, a specially curated enclave located in the Smart City Delhi Airport (SCDA) in Sector 111. Spanning 170 acres, The Billionaire’s Block is an exclusive neighbourhood designed to offer a rare combination of privacy, distinction, and global luxury pedigree. Here, Signature Residences by Elie Saab will offer four-bedroom residences with expansive layouts ranging from 4,200 sq ft to 4,650 sq ft. The residences are conceived to maximise light, space, and comfort, featuring waterfront views, generous floor-to-ceiling heights, wraparound decks, and private jacuzzis integrated into outdoor living spaces.

For Elie Saab, this collaboration signals a strategic debut in India’s branded residences space. “India’s economic growth, expanding global outlook, and evolving luxury landscape make it a highly strategic market for the continued development of the Elie Saab brand,” says Elie Saab Jr., Vice Chairman and CEO, Elie Saab Group. “This evolution aligns naturally with Elie Saab’s growth as a global lifestyle brand. Through our partnership with M3M India and Smartworld Developers, we aim to bring our distinctive approach to design and living to the country—where architecture, interiors, and lifestyle are conceived as one—creating refined, timeless residential environments that resonate with India’s evolving aspirations.”

Located in Sector 98, the Noida unit will offer uninterrupted views of the golf course. Spread across six acres, it comprises 200 three- and four-bedroom residences ranging from 2,850 sq ft to 3,810 square feet, alongside 480 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Designed to offer enhanced privacy and a refined sense of living, the location boasts enviable connectivity to South Delhi, Central Noida, business districts, and both the existing Indira Gandhi International Airport and the upcoming Jewar International Airport.

“Our collaboration with Elie Saab represents an important step in our vision to create residential developments defined by design integrity, quality, and long-term relevance,” says Pankaj Bansal, Promoter, M3M India, and Founder, Smartworld Developers. “Through Elie Saab, we aim to deliver thoughtfully designed living environments that reflect global standards while addressing the evolving expectations of India’s premium homebuyers, in line with the Prime Minister’s vision of bringing the best of global expertise to the local market.”

Bringing together the regional expertise and construction excellence of M3M India and Smartworld Developers with the unmistakable aesthetic language of Elie Saab, the projects redefine luxury through design. Strategically located in two of NCR’s most coveted zones, these developments are envisioned as iconic addresses that balance exclusivity, seamless connectivity, and elevated urban living within meticulously curated environments. All the units are adorned with bespoke furniture and décor from the Elie Saab Maison collection, created in collaboration with Carlo Colombo, and handcrafted in Italy.

Set for completion in 2030, both projects promise an immersive, sophisticated, and deeply rooted experience in comfort, community, and contemporary luxury.

Elie Saab had launched its first branded residences in Dubai in partnership with Emaar in 2019. The company currently operates branded residences in 25 locations, including Vietnam, London, Casablanca, and São Paulo, among others.
