Held ahead of Prime Day 2025 (July 12–14), the exclusive gathering—presented by Maybelline in association with Bella Vita, WishCare, and Axis-Y—brought together over 1,400 beauty lovers, including Prime members, influencers, creators, and industry insiders, for a multi-sensory experience that blurred the lines between technology, trend, and community.
At its core, Amazon Beautyverse was about democratizing beauty discovery—offering an inclusive space where every attendee, whether a seasoned beauty enthusiast or curious newcomer, could explore the ever-evolving world of skincare, makeup, and wellness through hands-on masterclasses, immersive brand showcases, and cutting-edge beauty tech innovations.
Bollywood luminaries including Bhumi Pednekar, Neena Gupta, Kriti Sanon, and Sushant Divgikar graced the event, each adding their distinct voice to panels that delved deep into India’s beauty transformation.
In the thought-provoking session titled “Beauty Beyond Boundaries: India’s Global Beauty Movement,” Bhumi Pednekar reflected on the shifting landscape, saying, "Amazon Beautyverse is a powerful showcase of where online beauty is headed—to immersive trials and tech-driven diagnostics—every touchpoint felt designed to educate, inspire, and engage. I loved seeing everything from trending homegrown derma to K-beauty brands coming together with creators and customers in one space. It's exciting to see how Amazon is pushing boundaries and shaping what's next in beauty."
The event’s second panel, “Redefining Indian Beauty: Icons, Influencers & Inclusivity,” saw the ever-iconic Neena Gupta sharing her perspective on the evolution of beauty ideals across generations, "I have seen beauty ideals shift dramatically over time. Amazon Beautyverse reflects a positive evolution—a space that celebrates self-expression and authenticity across generations. Today's consumer is more informed and conscious about their beauty choices, making this educational platform particularly relevant. It's wonderful to see how beauty has become more inclusive, with people discovering and embracing what works best for them personally, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach."
Beyond the celebrity sparkle, Amazon Beautyverse 2025 served as a launchpad for some of the industry’s most exciting beauty drops. Attendees were given exclusive first looks at new launches from cult-loved labels including Hyphen, CeraVe, Laneige, Milani, Real Techniques, Nautica for Her, Lamel, and more. Live demos, virtual try-on zones powered by AI technology, and educational workshops elevated the event from a traditional showcase to a truly interactive playground for beauty discovery.

This community-first ethos was echoed by Zahid Khan, Director - Central Shopping Experience, Amazon India, who highlighted the pivotal role of creators in shaping today’s beauty conversations, "We’re seeing creators play a crucial role in shaping how beauty is discovered and experienced. Powered by tools like Amazon Creator Central and Creator University, we’re helping influencers tell richer stories while enabling customers to make more confident beauty choices," he shared.
