Few women embody the global spirit of modern India as seamlessly as Diipa Büller-Khosla. At the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year 2025 awards, held on October 25, Büller-Khosla was celebrated as a Luxury Content Creator and changemaker—a title that barely captures the depth of her work. Khosla represents the new face of influence, where beauty meets purpose, and visibility carries meaning.
Her journey from law student in Amsterdam to one of the world’s most recognisable digital voices has been anything but linear. Over the years, she has graced the red carpet at Cannes, collaborated with global beauty giants, and featured on international magazine covers. Yet, behind the glamour, there is a woman with a clear mission—to make the beauty industry more inclusive, sustainable, and rooted in authenticity.
Through her brand indē wild, Khosla has reimagined Ayurvedic tradition through the lens of modern science, creating skincare that speaks to the global Indian woman. It’s more than a brand; it’s a movement towards representation—one that honours ancestral wisdom while embracing innovation. Every product, every campaign reflects her belief that heritage and progress can coexist beautifully.
But Büller-Khosla's influence extends far beyond beauty. As the co-founder of Post for Change, a nonprofit organisation that utilises social media to advocate for gender equality and menstrual health, she has transformed her platform into a space for impact. What began as an effort to merge activism with digital reach has now become a global dialogue, connecting communities and amplifying women’s voices where they are needed most.
At the event, dressed in a look that oozed sophistication, Büller-Khosla took the stage with grace and grounded confidence. Her acceptance speech struck a chord across the room:
“Thank you, everyone. First of all, thank you to Harper’s Bazaar for this beautiful evening you’ve put together. To every woman here today, it is an honour to be standing amongst you. Winning an award is just a cherry on top," she began.
She continued, "Strong women—that’s what today is about, right? I think I would like to start with, as cliché as it sounds, my mother. It takes a strong woman to raise a strong woman. And then, I’d like to look the other way—I have a four-year-old daughter, Dua. And at four, she is already a rather strong, sassy woman. So I think it’s that generational kind of strength that goes from one generation to another."
"And today, standing amongst you all, I would like to quote—I don’t know who, but I’m gonna quote it anyway: To strong women, may we raise them, may we support them, and may we be them. Thank you so much," she concluded.

Her words echoed the spirit of the evening—a celebration not just of individual success, but of the collective strength of women who uplift each other.
For Büller-Khosla, success has never been about perfection. It’s about evolution—about learning, unlearning, and using her platform to create space for others. Whether she’s front-row at fashion week, in a lab perfecting formulations for indē wild, or at home with her daughter, she does it all with utmost dedication.
At Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year 2025, Büller-Khosla wasn’t just honoured for what she’s built, but for the world she’s helping reimagine—one where influence means impact, and every woman’s story holds power.
