Green apple and avocado smoothie

Ingredients
3 cups fresh spinach
1 green apple, roughly chopped
2 cups coconut water
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1 frozen banana
3 tablespoons chia seeds, soaked for 30 minutes
1 teaspoon honey
Method
1. Place the spinach, apple, and coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
2. Add the avocado, frozen banana, chia seeds, and honey. Blend again until the mixture is creamy and silky.
3. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately while chilled.
Vanilla-oat smoothie

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
⅓ cup Greek yoghurt
¼ cup almond milk
⅓ cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons honey
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of ground cinnamon
½ cup ice
For topping
¼ cup chopped almonds
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
2 tablespoons granola
Method
1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, Greek yoghurt, almond milk, rolled oats, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
3. Top with chopped almonds, cocoa nibs, and granola. Serve immediately.
Mixed berry smoothie bowl

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup ice
¼ cup blackberries
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons granola
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
Method
1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, almond milk, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Divide the smoothie evenly between two bowls.
3. Top each bowl with blackberries, pumpkin seeds, granola, and flax seeds. Serve immediately.
