And if you're for a delicious festive spread near you, bookmark these restaurants across Mumbai, Goa, Delhi, and Bengaluru that will be serving up a feast this Easter. 

Mumbai

JW Marriott Juhu


If you want your Easter meal to come with a view, then JW Marriott’s festive brunch should be your pick. Lotus Café, the hotel’s award-winning, all-day dining restaurant has curated a special menu for the occasion that will be complemented by sweet treats by the Bombay Baking Company. In addition to all the classic Easter dishes, get ready to bite into pillowy hot cross buns, chocolate easter eggs, cupcakes, and more.

Grand Hyatt Mumbai

Their in-house restaurants have themed Easter brunches that are worth checking out. O Pedro X Slow Tide


An Easter-themed feast that will go on for an entire week? It doesn’t get better than this. Slow Tide, one of Goa’s most beloved culinary spots, is making its way to modern Goan restaurant, O Pedro for a festive pop-up. On offer are delicious hippie-inspired bites like sasam salad, samarachi prawn kodi served with O Pedro’s famed sourdough poees, Therese’s black pork that has pork belly cooked in lemongrass and whole spices alongside pol roti, and more. Of course, there are plenty of drinks to savour too; pick from creative concoctions like the Acid Eric, the Amsterdam Dave, and more.

Slink and Bardot X Padaria Prazeres 


Chef Ralph Prazeres, who’s behind the popular Goa café, Padaria Prazeres and the recently-opened Praca Prazeres, is heading to Slink and Bardot for the Easter to whip up a grand feast. Indulge in everything from small plates like Goan sausage stuffed olives and mains like the Goan roast chicken served with a variety of accouterments, to the crowd-favourite pasteis de nata, which will also be available as part of a special bake sale taking place on Sunday.

Poco Loco


Spanish tapas and bar Poco Loco has a special Easter brunch menu to celebrate the festival. Start with their soups and salads before making your way to the small bites that are meant to be shared with a crowd, like the ham empanadas, pork tacos, jackfruit burritos, and more. Complement your meal with a drink of your choice and take part in the paint-your-egg activity for an exciting time.

Bengaluru

Conrad Bengaluru 


Looking for an Easter brunch in the city? Conrad Bengaluru’s Caraway Kitchen has curated a special menu for the day, complete with exciting live stations for easter eggs, grandma-style pies, and even a live trolley to DIY your poke bowls. Sample dishes that include tender wine-braised lamb shank with caramelised onions, a decadent artichoke and spinach filo pie, and stuffed leg of lamb, among others. Don’t skip on the desserts like vanilla custard in an egg shell, a slice of pecan pie, or the chocolate nest tart topped with chocolate eggs.

If you’d like a traditional Easter brunch that features regional favourites, then head to KCK (Kappa Chakka Kandhari) in Koramangala for their set brunch. The non-vegetarian menu has classics like idiappam fish moilee and a spicy Syrian Christian duck roast served with bread, while the vegetarians can savour delights like the idichakka ularthiyathu, melt-in-the-mouth slow-cooked jackfruit, and crispy vazhappoo vadas (patties) made with banana blossoms.

The Leela Ambience 


The hotel’s multi-cuisine restaurant, Spectra, has a special Easter spread that has all of the festival classics—think roasted lamb served with a piquant herb sauce, baked ham being carved to order at a live station, chicken roast, and more. St. Regis

Casanoni Trattoria


You don’t need to travel to Italy to get a taste of a traditional Italian Easter; you could experience it in Panjim with Casanoni Trattoria. Start with the vibrant (and popular!) insalata caprese made with thick beef steak, tomato slices, and buffalo mozzarella. Pasta lovers will enjoy the hearty agnello cacio ova-bucatini in a lamb ragout with silky egg yolks. Vegetarians will love the cannelloni stuffed with spinach and ricotta in aurore sauce.
