Their new menu is a testament to Chef Bhatia’s innovative approach, featuring dishes that artfully deconstruct and reinvent classic Indian cuisine. Highlights include the Kheema Pao Pull Apart, a creative twist on Mumbai’s beloved street food, presented as soft buns filled with spiced minced meat and served with chili and onion jam butter. Another standout is the Thecha Lamb Chops, which combines the rustic heat of Maharashtrian thecha with tender lamb, accompanied by sol kadhi rice cream and flaked rice chivda, offering a bold reimagination of traditional flavours.
