On January 17, Harper’s Bazaar India hosted the much-anticipated second edition of LuXperiences, a celebration of luxury, design, and creativity. Held at DLF Emporio in Delhi, the day saw engaging conversations, sartorial brilliance, and the reimagination of craftsmanship. The gathering brought together global tastemakers, designers, and visionaries to explore the shifting paradigms of luxury. The day began with a special fashion showcase—a tribute to legendary designer Rohit Bal whose artistry contributed greatly to the Indian fashion landscape. It accompanied by a stellar performance by Bal’s dear friend and Sufi singer Ustad Ma Zila Khan. Bal’s favourite muses walked in his clothes and embodied the essence of his artistry.
From Pierpaolo Piccioli and Tarun Tahiliani reflecting on the legacy and purpose of couture to Manish Malhotra and Khushi Kapoor exploring the art of costume styling in Bollywood, and its influence on contemporary fashion, LuXperiences 2025 provided insights into the business and evolution of luxury. During the sessions, luminaries explored the diverse facets of Indian craftsmanship, the evolution of global accessories, and the shifting dynamics of luxury retail.
Industry stalwarts reflected on the future of luxury, sustainability, cultural storytelling, and the need for mindful consumption. As the day unfolded, it became a dynamic space where artistry met commerce and legacy intertwined with contemporary vision. The evening culminated with a celebration of luxury’s past, present, and future.
