A fantastic month of fashion is all set to begin in a couple of days, starting with the New York Fashion Week, which is scheduled from September 8 to 13. Prepare for a host of glamorous moments and viral trends, and watch couturiers push the envelope to redefine fashion with their Spring/Summer 2024 collections. Even though the showcase has cut down the number of participating designers from 100 to 70, there’s a lot to be excited about as the big guns including Ralph Lauren, Jason Wu, Michael Kors, and Coach among others will show why they’re the best in the business. Here’s everything you can expect at the upcoming New York Fashion Week.

The opening and closing shows

It’s time for a new dawn at Helmut Lang as its creative director Peter Do is all set to showcase his very first collection for the label as it kicks off the Spring/Summer 2024 edition of the New York Fashion Week on September 8. “I am deeply committed to preserving the legacy of Helmut Lang while also infusing it with my own perspective and creativity. We are excited to open NYFW with an energetic chapter for the House,” said Do in a statement. On the other hand, CFDA 2022 Accessories Designer of the Year recipient, Raul Lopez of Luar (in picture), will close the Week on September 13.

The return of Ralph Lauren and more

Legendary fashion designer, Ralph Lauren will be back for the NYFW show after September 2019.
