ONE-OF-A-KIND

(Front) Knead, Auntie Anne's, ₹2,100 approx. (back) Fefè, Dolce & Gabbana, ₹9,076 approx.

If you are on a diet and can’t savour those pretzels, worry not. Auntie Anne’s, the iconic pretzel shop in America, founded by Anne F Beiler and her husband, has come up with a unique fragrance called Knead. Capturing the nostalgic scent of freshly baked pretzels, the perfume is infused with notes of salt, buttery dough, with hints of sweetness—a new way to indulge in the comfort of carbs. Speaking of rare fragrances, Dolce & Gabbana has introduced a luxury perfume for dogs. Named after Domenico Dolce’s loyal pet Fefé, the alcohol-free mist blends notes of ylang-ylang, musk, and sandalwood.

MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY

“Give a girl the right shade of red and she will conquer the world!” Marilyn Monroe had once said. And this holds true for most women as the colour red symbolises power. In the icons issue of Bazaar India, we invite you to show up for yourself with unapologetic boldness and embrace this timeless trend. The cherry red lip is back, and it’s more striking than ever. With an ability to elevate even the simplest outfit, it enhances any look, much like a LBD. The iconic red lipsticks we love are M.A.C Cosmetics Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo; Dior Rouge Dior Lipstick in 999, Chanel Luminous Intense Lip Colour, Hermès Rouge Hermès Satin Lipstick in 64 Rouge Casaque.

HIGH-FASHION LEGACY

Rouge Reno Collection by Dior

Dior’s iconic Rouge Dior lipstick is returning in a new avatar with the launch of the Rouge Reno collection. Originally introduced in 1953 as the maison’s first make-up product, it symbolises Christian Dior’s commitment to enhancing the natural beauty of women. Under the creative direction of Peter Philips, the lipstick has now been reinvented to blend classic elegance with new-age charm. Available in a wide range of shades, it offers ultra-pigmented, uniform coverage, and long-lasting colour.

A FRESH TAKE

The legendary N°5 by Chanel has been reimagined. The new version features a minimalistic glass bottle, shaped like a drop of perfume symbolising purity. The classic scent now has a contemporary twist, boasting woody, floral, and citrus flavours. The French House has also launched its e-commerce platform in India.

LOCK YOUR LIPS WITH MOISTURE

Squalane + Amino Acid Lip Balm, The Ordinary, ₹950

If you are a lip balm hoarder, we have some good news. The Ordinary has come up with a versatile lip balm that can be used on your cuticles and elbows too! The ingredients are a blend of amino acids and squalane [provides emolliency], which are found naturally in the skin’s sebum and work together to boost hydration. The balm promises to keep lips hydrated over a long period by supporting the moisture barrier and reducing the loss of water.

AN AROMATIC STORY
