Renewed Vision

Satya Paul announces a new chapter for the brand with the appointment of Aseem Kapoor as the Creative Director. Known for his narrative-driven approach and layered design sensibility, Kapoor brings a renewed vision that reinterprets the brand’s iconic design language for a contemporary audience. In his new role, the designer will lead the creative vision for Satya Paul across collections, campaigns, and brand storytelling. “I’m honoured to step into the role of Creative Director at Satya Paul in my individual capacity and am truly excited to take on this role in parallel—taking forward the legacy of Satya Paul’s creative vision,” wrote Kapoor on Instagram. Lauded for its bold prints and modern aesthetic, the brand intends to broaden its appeal while infusing a renewed youthful energy.

What's in your bag?

In another episode of celebrating legacies, Louis Vuitton presents the Speedy P9 through a series of still-life photographs and films as brand ambassadors and friends of the House unpack their bags to reveal personal belongings that hint at their individual lifestyles. Epitomising Louis Vuitton’s savoir-faire and travel legacy, the Speedy P9 boldly reimagines the iconic Speedy, first introduced in the 1930s. Actor and brand ambassador Jeremy Allen White fills his green Speedy P9 bag with a newspaper, a notebook, a brimmed cap, a comb, a watch, a set of dice, extra socks, and a charging cord. Basketball legend, Olympic gold medalist, and multi time NBA champion LeBron James keeps his essentials with golf balls and tees, alongside grooming staples like shaving cream and signature cap in his yellow bag, while acclaimed English footballer prodigy Jude Bellingham carries a pair of aviators, a plane ticket and passport, an official jersey, a flacon of Louis Vuitton Ombre Nomade, and a set of keys with personalised fobs inside his red Speedy P9.

New Face

Actor Pedro Pascal has officially stepped into the world of high fashion as the newest house ambassador for Chanel. The announcement marks a significant moment not just for Pascal’s evolving style journey, but also for the House’s modern, more inclusive direction. The announcement comes after a series of soft launches— from his attendance at Matthieu Blazy’s Spring/ Summer 2026 show in a cashmere sweater and a trend-setting man purse, to the actor’s look at the Oscars in a custom white and black Chanel look.

Runway Debut

Simone Rocha has been announced as the first guest designer for the S/S 2027 season at Pitti Uomo, set to take place this June. The Ireland- born, London-based designer, known for blending romanticism with a darker, folkloric edge, launched her label in 2010 and has since earned critical acclaim. Expanding into menswear in 2022, Rocha’s designs reinterpret traditional masculine codes through delicate detailing and textured embellishments. This showcase will mark her first standalone menswear presentation.

Ode to an Icon

Marking their 250th anniversary, Breguet expands its Reine de Naples collection, one that was inspired by the timepieces created between 1810 and 1812 for Caroline Murat, the Queen of Naples and sister of Napoleon Bonaparte. The collection has been expanded with new models bearing References 9935 and 8925. The former features a new movement, an original display, and numerous exclusive aesthetic enhancements. The latter has a new face and an all-gold bracelet. Each of these references is adorned with Breguet gold for the first time.

Banarasi Brilliance

Shanti Banaras redefines how Banarasi textiles are presented and experienced as the brand opens a new store at Ambawatta One in Delhi. At its core, the space is a curated presentation of the brand’s most defined pieces—Banarasi metallic lehengas, real zari weaves, and hand-embroidered saris. Every element within the store carries a reference to the process. The chandeliers are constructed from loom punch cards, translated into metal, taking a coded weaving system and reworking it into a physical object. Small ‘Shanti’ insignias appear within details across the space, embedded rather than overt, and likewise, the display language follows the same thinking.
