Everything we know about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding
The biggest celebrity wedding of the year is finally here. From the venue and guest list to the dress code and security, here's everything we know so far.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have spent the last three years becoming one of pop culture’s biggest power couples. From stadium appearances and Eras Tour cameos to their widely celebrated engagement in 2025, every milestone in their relationship has sparked global headlines. So it’s no surprise that their wedding has become one of the most talked-about celebrity events of the year.
While the couple has remained famously private about the celebrations, reports have been pouring in over the past week as everyone tries to piece together what their big day might look like. True to Taylor Swift fashion, very little has been officially confirmed. Here’s everything we know so far:
The wedding date and venue
Neither Swift nor Kelce has officially confirmed the wedding date, but if reports are to be believed, the celebrations are expected to take place on July 3 at New York City’s Madison Square Garden. While there has been no public announcement by the couple, the pictures and videos of the preparations at the venue are enough to send Swifties into a tizzy.
The celebrations are expected to begin with a rehearsal dinner on July 2 before the main ceremony on Friday evening. Guests are expected to arrive at 3:30 pm, followed by a cocktail hour at 4 pm, with the final ceremony taking place at 5:30 pm. Reports suggest the ceremony will take place on the arena floor, followed by a lavish reception inside the transformed venue.
If reports are anything to go by, the space has been transformed into a garden-inspired setting complete with towering trees, dramatic drapery, and even a castle-inspired centrepiece, creating an intimate atmosphere.
Security is as tight as you’d expect
Privacy has clearly been a priority for Swift and Kelce. Reports suggest guests have signed non-disclosure agreements, while a strict no-phone policy will be enforced throughout the celebrations. Attendees will reportedly check their phones on arrival and have also been asked not to bring gifts.
Meanwhile, the NYPD has acknowledged heightened security around Madison Square Garden and nearby Penn Station ahead of the wedding weekend.
A star-studded guest list
Although the official guest list has not been released, close friends from both their worlds are expected to attend. Reports suggest names including Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Emma Stone, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and several of Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs teammates could be present.
Interestingly, Swift also seems to have extended an olive branch to her former best friend, Blake Lively, by adding her name to the guest list.
Taylor Swift’s bridal look
Fashion fans are understandably eager to see what Swift chooses for easily one of the biggest moments of her life. Several luxury fashion houses have reportedly been linked to the bridal wardrobe, but no designer has been confirmed.
The couple is reportedly embracing classic elegance for the occasion. Invitations specify a black-tie dress code, making this one of the most glamorous celebrity weddings of the year.
The most exclusive wedding of the decade
Reports estimate that between 500 and 1,000 guests could attend the wedding festivities, making it one of the largest celebrity weddings in recent memory. Despite the scale, the couple has managed to keep almost every detail private until the final days.
Despite weeks of speculation, the biggest takeaway is how successfully Swift and Kelce have protected one of the decade’s most anticipated celebrity weddings. Until they decide to share more themselves, much of the conversation remains exactly that: speculation. And if there’s one thing Swift has mastered over the years, it’s revealing major moments only when she is ready.
